CANCELLATION POLICY
This cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness to both students and Digital Edgevantage while providing clear guidelines for cancellation and refund processes.
- Digital Edgevantage reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment, unforeseen circumstances, or other reasons.
- In the event of a course cancellation by Digital Edgevantage, students will be notified promptly, and they will receive a full refund of the course fee.
- Enrolling in any course offered by Digital Edgevantage, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms of the cancellation policy.
- Customer experience is always our top priority. We want to ensure that you get a seamless experience for the services or courses you buy from us. However, if due to any unforeseen circumstances, you are not happy with any of our services, then get in touch with us, and we would be happy to help.
- Please note that all purchases or payments done by a user on Digital Edgevantage are deemed to be final. Cancellation and refund requests are not accepted once the payment is done. Also, the courses you choose/pay for can not be transferred to any other user.
- With our online classroom training, every learner gets at least 1 day of demo class / if the student is coming from the webinar conducted, regardless of the course you choose.
- You pay for the training or course after satisfaction with the demo classes. Hence, we do not entertain any refund requests.
- We do not issue any refunds for our online live courses. However, you can write to us in case you face any issues.
- Once the course fee is deposited, it will not be returned or refunded in any condition. Neither can the fee be transferred to any other student.
- Any disputes arising related to this agreement or course/training are subject to be engaged by the Jurisdictional Law Court of Lucknow.
- Digital Edgevantage reserves the right to update or make changes to its refund policy without any prior notice.
